Weddings

Everybody has a different perspective on what makes the ideal wedding day, which is why I take the time to understand what each couple wants from their photographer and their photographs. I prefer to have a session with the couple prior to the big day taking some photos of them in a relaxed setting and discussing their needs for the big day.

On the day itself I try to stay as unobtrusive as possible taking the more formal shots as quickly as possible, without compromising quality. My personal style is to mix the more traditional posed photographs with the more journalistic style capturing the wedding party and spontaneous events during the day.

As everybody's requirements for a photographer at a wedding are very different I do not have a fixed price for my services. To give you an idea, however, a fairly typical wedding would involve me being around to shoot the bridal parties preparations, the wedding itself, arrival at the reception venue, an hour or so while guests arrive and socialise and a cake cutting mock-ip if required.

I will then design an album for you based on your favourite photos of the day. The albums are high quality with a choice of finishes and styles and can be any size with up to 80 pages.

A wedding with my time on the day and designing and editing photos for a 40 page A3 size album would cost £750. This price would obviously change with duration on the day and size/style of album.

Coffee table books which are great for parents and those on a tighter budget start at £120, and individual prints, canvases, framed prints and many other items can all be ordered seperately.
